Founded by Virginia Cândida and Josi Guimarães from Minas Gerais, Viveg is the 1st Kosher Vegetable and Artisanal Cheese Factory in Brazil, the biggest reference in the segment. Together, they reinvented the Minas Gerais cheesemaking tradition and contributed to this transformation on a global scale.
