Regulations for Commissioned Agents, Freelancers, Finders and Commercial Representatives

January 30, 2025

Global Kosher offers opportunities for independent professionals to work as freelancers, finders, commissioned agents and commercial representatives, collaborating in the expansion of our certification services. Below are the regulations that govern this commercial relationship, based on the standard contract adopted by the company.

Collaboration Modalities: Our partnership model covers the following profiles:

  • Commissioned Agents
  • Freelancers
  • Finders
  • Commercial Representatives

All act independently, without an employment relationship, and according to the criteria established below.

1. Nature of Activity

The relationship between Global Kosher (Represented) and external collaborators (Finders, Freelancers, etc.) will be exclusively commercial, without an employment relationship or labor obligations.

Partners operate autonomously and freely according to their schedules, and must maintain ethics and diligence in negotiations and in promoting the company's services.

2. Partner Responsibilities

Provide information whenever requested about the progress of the business indicated.

Do not grant discounts or conditions outside the guidelines previously defined by the company, unless expressly authorized.

Bear your own operating expenses, such as travel, accommodation, communication, among others.

Maintain confidentiality, preserve the company's image and act with integrity.

Take care of the promotional materials and displays that are delivered, which are loaned and must be returned when requested.

Ensure that the company presented is legitimate, has a genuine interest in the services and that contact is authorized.

Act with ethics, respect and transparency, safeguarding the image of the company represented.

3. Commissioning

The commission will be 10% (ten percent):
Upon signing and payment of the first payment by the company contracting the certification. The freelancer (or finder) will receive a 10% commission on the value of each “certification contract” signed with companies that have been directly introduced by him/her.

The commission will only be paid after the contracted company has effectively paid the contract.

Payment will be made by the first fortnight of each subsequent month, upon issuance of an invoice for the provision of services by the representative.

Failure to pay by the client, default or cancellation of the contract excludes any obligation to pay commission.

Commissions already paid may be refunded in the event of cancellations, insolvency or default.
For the Freelancer, the commission will only be paid upon closing the contract with the represented company.

4. Termination and Term

The contract is initially valid for 90 days, after which documentation must be submitted for formalization as a Legal Entity, if applicable.

Termination may occur at any time by either party, free of charge, as long as formal notice is given.
In the event of termination for just cause, based on current legislation (Law 4.886/65), the company may retain commissions to offset losses.

5. Participation Requirements

To become a Global Kosher partner, you must:
Have a SSN, EIN, TIN, CNPJ (preferably MEI or representation company);

Issue an invoice for the provision of services;

Act with commitment, confidentiality and professionalism;

Sign a specific commercial representation contract.
