ÀNI may be rented with a kosher meal program at any time of year. To meet the needs of our kosher clientele, custom kosher packages are created which include proper kosherization of our dual kitchens and replacement of dining ware, cookware, and equipment. We source all kosher meats, dairy, and packaged goods not otherwise available locally. Our Chefs work with our guests to create exquisite menus featuring the finest in Caribbean, Asian, fusion, and international cuisine. For our kosher guests we make no compromise in providing the very best in luxury dining. We also bring in a Mashgiach to supervise daily in the kitchen to ensure proper kosherization at every step.
